Graceful Alyce Clover is an annual prostrate herb with alternate leaves which are oblong to linear, entire, prominently veined, 2.5-5 cm long. Stipules are linear, pointed. Flowers are borne in leaf axils, in racemes carried on long flower-cluster stalks, up to 2 cm long. There are 2 flowers in the axils of each bract. Sepal cup is chaffy, ovate-oblong, up to 8 mm long. Flowers are yellow with a pink tinge. Pods are 1-3 jointed. Graceful Alyce Clover is native to Western Ghats.
