Hairy Staggerbush is a shrub or a small tree, similar to
Oval Leaved Staggerbush.
However, the flower-clusters are much shorter, 2.5-5 cm, with fewer
flowers. Flowers are white, bell-shaped, 6 mm. Sepals are narrow lance-
shaped. Leaves are smaller, about 4-5 cm, with short narrow tip.
Hairy Staggerbush is found in the Himalayas, from Uttarakhand to SW China
and Burma, at altitudes of 2100-3800 m. Flowering: June-July.
