A wonderful site..must have required lots of dedication and perseverance to bring it to this stage.Totally appreciate it. Was looking up a flower from our window garden and identified it on this site as 'dupari'. We call it "nityamalli" in telugu.wonder if this can be confirmed and added.

As I have already said your website is wonderful.I have just one querry.I have 3 'Kundo' plants in my phulwari, all blooming with very sweet fragrant flowers these days and in profusion too.But your site says that Kund is scentless/lacks fragrance etc. So is it some new variey I have? or no Kundo, something else?Yes, one of them has flower petals with pink underpart too.

As I am working on a book (Perennials for Southern California Gardens), I can appreciate all the effort that has gone into this site. Identifying plants from pictures is extremely difficult and then finding botanical descriptions can be daunting. Beautiful pictures. Came across your site when I was looking for information on the genus Barleria. Would have liked more botanical description for some. Good job.

Hi

First of all I would love to congratulate the team members for the beautiful job you guys are doing. Finally we have a database totally devoted to our fauna and flora. You guys have a long way to go still but this itself is nothing short of a miracle. Keep up the good work. I would also love to know the local tamil name for serisa japonica. I am waiting impatiently for the little note denoting the plants that can be made into a bonsai.
